Octavia Rabotapi Private Family Clinic, a My African Dream Pty Ltd initiative, is actively seeking licensed health professionals to partner with us in delivering essential services to the residents of Greater Dreamlands, Tshepong, Ironsyde, and surrounding communities. Our state-of-the-art clinic, located in Dreamlands (Annaton) A/H, offers an excellent platform for health professionals to make a meaningful impact.
Operating Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 08h00 to 17h00 | 6 Slots Available
Saturdays: 09h00 to 15h00 | 4 Slots Available
Public Holidays: 09h00 to 15h00 | 4 Slots Available
Sundays: Closed
Partnership Options:
Option 1 - Rental Fees
Rate: R1,500 per 3-hour consulting slot, payable weekly.
Availability: Service providers can select multiple slots across both the Rabotapi Room and the Silimfe Room.
Slots Offered: 3 concurrent slots are available on weekdays, while 2 slots are available on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
Option 2 - Revenue Share
Model: A 50/50 revenue-sharing arrangement for every consultation completed by the service provider.
Payments: All transactions are processed through the clinic’s POS system, with weekly reconciliations and payouts..
SPECIAL NOTE: A total maximum of 3 revenue share slots across both rooms are allowed per service provider per week.
Option 3 - Blended Model (Part Rental / Part Revenue Share)
Customization: This model allows health professionals to mix rental slots and revenue-sharing slots according to their preferences.
Rates: Providers can choose rental slots at R1,500 per 3-hour slot (payable weekly) and combine these with slots operating under the 50/50 revenue-sharing model.
Slots Offered: 3 concurrent slots are available on weekdays, with 2 slots on Saturdays and public holidays.
Payments: All payments, regardless of the model, are processed through the clinic’s POS system, with weekly reconciliations and payouts.
Each option provides a structured yet flexible approach, ensuring professionals can align their practice with the clinic’s offerings effectively.
Facilities Provided:
Fully equipped, IoT-enabled clinic with CCTV and high-security standards
Complimentary electricity and Wi-Fi for staff
Access to cleaning, security, and administrative support
Free access to an open-air lounge/rest area
Consumables and Stock:
Providers must bring their own essential medical equipment
Stock and supplies (e.g., test strips, stationery) can be purchased from My African Dream Pty Ltd
Professional Responsibilities:
Adherence to South African laws (e.g., National Health Act, POPIA, Nursing Act)
Current HPCSA/SANC registration and professional indemnity insurance
ORC is indemnified against claims arising from services provided by partners
